Responsibilities:

We're looking for a strategic and driven eCommerce leader to own and grow existing customer monetization for Boost Mobile. This role is responsible for optimizing the BoostMobile.com my account experience and mobile app to increase retention, conversion, and upsell performance.

You will be a key member of the Boost Mobile eCommerce team and will be responsible for the existing customer presentation of BoostMobile.com's product offerings-educating customers about add-on products, upgrade opportunities, as well as driving sell-in and conversion. To achieve your goals, you will develop strategies and execute to rapidly iterate and optimize the onsite funnel and marketing tactics in a dynamic competitive environment.

You'll collaborate with teams across product, marketing, operations, and analytics to develop and execute test-and-learn strategies, and use customer insights to shape compelling journeys that turn engagement into revenue. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy storyteller, a strong cross-functional partner, and a relentless optimizer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the strategy and execution of monetization initiatives targeting existing customers via the My Account web portal and Boost Mobile app
* Drive performance in areas such as device upgrades, add-a-line sales, add-ons, and service upgrades
* Own custom segmentation and existing customer offer strategy
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, conversion-optimized digital experience
* Optimize referral traffic destinations in coordination with marketing and customer communication teams
* Own onsite and in-app merchandising, including planning, launching, and iterating monetization content
* Use A/B testing and analytics to drive continuous performance improvements
* Monitor daily KPIs and pivot strategies to meet conversion and sales targets
* Champion customer insights to identify friction points and inform creative, data-driven solutions
* Educate stakeholders on digital eCommerce best practices and the nuances of the Boost Mobile sales funnel
* Analyze site metrics, share actionable insights, and advocate for initiatives that increase ROI

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 7+ years in eCommerce or CRM for a high-traffic digital business
* Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, AEM, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Adobe Target, and customer data platforms (CDPs)
* Experience managing teams and driving execution across departments

* Strong communicator with a talent for influencing cross-functional stakeholders
* Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving digital experiences
* Willingness to travel up to 10%
