Responsibilities:

* Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across clinical and administrative functions, always prioritizing patient care and provider needs.
* Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Division Head to drive division-wide goals, process improvements, and workflow optimization initiatives.
* Scheduling Management: Manage Cadence and/or Optime scheduling for physicians and APPs, including Epic schedule creation, template optimization, and urgent appointment access.
* Team Leadership: Inspire and guide administrative team members, fostering a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and shared purpose.
* Project Management: Lead division and institute-level projects, including provider onboarding and the implementation of new procedures and protocols.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison with scheduling analysts, ambulatory practices, ABS, outpatient procedure locations, PAC, IT, facilities, medical staff, revenue cycle teams, and external partners.
* Innovation & Growth: Restructure workflows and implement forward-thinking solutions that enhance opportunities for both patients and providers.

Qualifications:

*               Strong knowledge of Epic systems, particularly Cadence and Optime

*               Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and provider support

*               Proven success in process improvement, team leadership, and project execution

*               Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

*               Ability to travel between practice sites as needed (approx. 15%)
