Responsibilities:
The Communications Manager is responsible for implementing effective corporate communications strategies across the company's diverse and geographically distributed workforce. This position will impact the engagement of all employees by developing creative content and using effective delivery mechanisms to reach KeHE's 8,000 employees. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the company, this role will be responsible for content, programs, and projects that shape, influence, and positively impact the employee experience. As will all positions at KeHE, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field required.
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience coordinating communications for a corporation or similar institution required.
* Experience creating and deploying content for a geographically dispersed population.
* Experience managing webinars on virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
* Experience delivering content through a variety of communications channel software including email newsletter platforms, intranet, digital signage, and employee communications apps.
* Experience with audio and video editing and production.
* Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability and willingness to perform repeated bending and lifting of up to 25 pounds.
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk/workstation and working on a computer
* Ability to travel up to 10%
