Responsibilities:

* Applicant must poses a FAA Airman Certificate - Aircraft Dispatcher
* Previous aviation or similar industry experience preferred 
* Proven strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and work in a team environment 
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to research, analyze, problem solve and multi-task
* Excellent communication skills 
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Prior experience as System Controller pr Charter Coordinator is preferred but not required

Qualifications:

*  Primary liaison for clients and vendors to coordinate and assure service quality and delivery.
* Close collaboration with Managing Director and Sales team to coordinate fulfillment of customer and interdepartmental requirements 
* Close collaboration with Director of Operations to assure compliance with operational and support requirements 
* In cooperation with OCC, provide supervision, direction and support for Charter Coordinators
* General client relations activities including researching service difficulty issues and dispute resolution 
* Coordinate schedules and operational support requirements to ensure smooth operations 
* Cross-departmental coordination with OCC, Maintenance, Crew support and Operations teams to accurately coordinate daily operations. 
* Monitor daily charter activities and efficiently manage changes to ensure compliance and quality assurance 
* Maintain charter records and reports with high degree of accuracy. 
* Maintain positive and professional business partner relations 
* Oversee and track airport operations support requirements including but not limited to FBO ground support services 
* Promote safety, SMS, Safety Risk Management, Safety Assurance and communication 
* Conduct daily briefing with OO operations team, as directed 
* Additional duties as assigned
