One California #MGRCATHLAB Responsibilities: As our Cardiac Cath Lab Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient cardiac care, managing staff, and upholding clinical standards. Every day you will optimize scheduling, resources, and workflow, while developing staff and fostering a collaborative team environment. To succeed, you need strong leadership, extensive clinical knowledge, and the ability to drive quality and compliance for superior patient outcomes. Qualifications: Required * Bachelors degree upon hire or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field. and * Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience. * Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire or * Respiratory Care Practitioner: CA, upon hire and * Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or * Registered Technologist Cardio Interventional Radiography (RTCV) and * Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and * Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire
