Responsibilities:
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead global development teams (employees and consultants) to build e-commerce capabilities using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce
* Integrate modern website and commerce solutions to support direct-to-consumer sales and provide mobile integration points
* Mentor and develop team members, advancing both technical skills and career growth
* Coordinate with consultant teams and represent development teams in technical project meetings
* Manage tight deadlines and complex deliverables while escalating issues with clear root-cause analysis and solutions
* Ensure website and commerce platforms meet business needs and provide visibility into operations
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in a Business Administration/Management or Computer Science/Information Technology
* 2-4 years of experience leading and managing high performing teams, with a track record of successfully recruiting and developing talent
* Experience in eCommerce optimization and analytics
* Experience in managing complex system requirements
* Experience with vendor management
Skills and Qualifications:
* Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce Cloud, Adobe Launch, Adobe CDP, Adobe Analytics
* Adobe Digital Experience Certifications (Adobe Experience Cloud)
