Responsibilities: The Accounting Manager will lead a team of accountants and oversee the department's daily operations such as financial reporting, month-end processes, and forecasting. This role will work closely with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting of business performance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze and interpret large operational data sets and will be able to understand complex business processes. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred. * Minimum of 5+ years of experience in public accounting and/or tax administration required. * Minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing required. * Experience with financial reporting and tax filing preferred. * Workday or PowerBI experience a plus.
