Overview:
A New Era of AI-Driven, Multidimensional Consulting
Today's businesses face complex global challenges that demand more than conventional consulting services. Andersen Consulting offers a seamless, multidimensional approach that combines expertise in business transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, sustainability, and digital strategy with Andersen Global's established tax and legal capabilities. This integration of emerging technologies positions Andersen Consulting as the partner of choice in the $1 trillion consulting industry.
Responsibilities:
We're looking for an AI Engineer to own end-to-end technical implementation of data pipelines, workflows, and applications that power machine learning and GenAI workloads on Palantir's Foundry and AIP platforms. AI Engineers at Andersen Consulting embed directly with client technical teams, internal engagement leaders, and product managers to understand requirements and architect solutions. Your core responsibility is implementing operational AI systems to support enterprise-scale decision making workloads focusing on solving real business problems, not academic benchmarks. This is an individual contributor role focused on technical delivery with potential team leadership responsibilities in late 2026.
In this role, you will:
Build end-to-end data pipelines and workflows to power machine learning and GenAI applications on Palantir's Foundry and AIP platforms
Own technical delivery of both proof of concepts and production workloads for enterprise clients
You'll work within the new Andersen Consulting Global AI practice, accountable for delivering measurable value to clients through machine learning and GenAI. The team accomplishes this by using modern techniques, tooling, and pragmatic decision-making to deliver value rapidly. Since the AI landscape evolves continuously, you'll learn new technologies quickly and accomplish a wide range of tasks-all focused on delivering enterprise-scale MLOps, LLMOps, and GenAI workloads with exceptional quality using Foundry and AIP.
We understand narrow, well-defined job responsibilities work for some people. If you prefer highly structured roles, this position may not fit. Your responsibilities look similar to those of a startup CTO: you'll work in small, agile teams with minimal supervision and own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects. We expect you to:
* Come ready to deliver your best work and influence your team to do the same
* Lead Foundry and AIP implementations from scoping through production deployment with exceptional quality
* Embed directly with client technical teams to explore source data, understand business processes, and define technical requirements alongside stakeholders
* Design and implement advanced ontology architectures, complex workflows, and multi-system integration patterns that connect 10+ data sources
* Lead workshops with clients to map business problems to technical solutions, then rapidly prototype and iterate
* Develop and orchestrate AIP agents that solve concrete customer problems in production environments
* Manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional programs, acting as the primary technical owner
Qualifications:
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
* 10 years of technical experience delivering production solutions
* 5 years of hands-on experience building solutions on Palantir Foundry and AIP platforms
* Track record leading multiple successful Foundry implementations from discovery through production
* Engineering mindset focused on delivering production solutions with GenAI, data processing pipelines, and advanced analytics tools, not academic exercises
* Strong coding experience writing production-quality SQL and Python code with expert-level knowledge of scientific computing libraries (PyTorch, NumPy, Polars, etc.)
* Deep experience building solutions with LLMs and comprehensive understanding of the GenAI ecosystem
* Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders effectively
It would also be beneficial if you have:
* Experience with advanced ontology design, governance frameworks, and building complex multi-layered workflows
* Demonstrated ability to context-switch rapidly and unblock challenging technical obstacles across dispersed teams
* Troubleshooting expertise for production optimization and incident resolution
* Proven track record coordinating cross-functional programs and managing technical delivery across multiple workstreams
* Engineering mindset that prioritizes rapid, pragmatic decisions to improve performance, accelerate progress, and magnify impact, recognizing perfect is the enemy of good
* Industry domain expertise in finance, healthcare, or manufacturing
We're looking for a passionate, team-oriented, experienced engineer who's self-motivated and energized by technology. We expect you to deliver exceptional work and influence those around you to do the same. We value humility and intellectual honesty in our engineers. In return, you gain rare opportunity to build experience working on large-scale machine learning and GenAI deployments that directly impact critical organizational missions.
