* Lead and mentor a team of embedded Governance Delivery Analysts, fostering their professional growth while ensuring they properly triage requests via risk assessment

* Cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence within the governance team, ensuring that models meet performance and compliance standards before deployment

* Aggregate and report on the Health of the Engine, providing program KPIs like adoption and throughput to the Executive Council

* Own the Data Governance Committee meetings, where you will drive decision-making and track all RAID items to resolution

* Coordinate with Enterprise Partners to ensure that procurement and tool resources are available for prioritized use cases

* Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML development lifecycles, allowing you to identify data pain points and serve as a primary point of contact for AI solutions

* Expertise in managing complex "Gate" processes and driving decision-making through the diligent tracking of RAID items

* Proficiency in reporting on the Health of the Engine by tracking adoption rates, throughput, and quality scores via AI-driven metrics

Additional Qualifications
* Experience managing complex Gate processes in a fast-paced environment

* Proven experience managing dotted-line teams or embedded analysts in a matrixed organization
