Responsibilities:

You solve the challenge of motivating a decentralized network of Data Experts to prioritize high-fidelity data quality as the foundation for Agentic AI at scale. By leading the change management function and fostering a culture of advocacy, you ensure that our governance expectations are met through a supported, trained, and recognized community of professionals.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
* Orchestrate the community of Data Stewards and Custodians, defining clear rules of engagement that empower them to take ownership of their data domains

* Drive the cultural and behavior changes necessary to establish Bronze, Silver, and Gold data standards as the trusted foundation for Agentic AI

* Lead the change management function by designing innovative training programs and gamification strategies that incentivize high-quality participation

* Establish and run a Governance Center of Excellence that promotes knowledge sharing and cultivates a governance-led, AI-driven organizational culture

* Monitor the health and workload of embedded Data Experts, proactively preventing governance fatigue and ensuring every team member feels supported

* Ensure absolute transparency in governance progress, celebrating wins and treating gaps as opportunities for growth rather than failures

Qualifications:
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
* Expertise in establishing rules of engagement and RACI models for data owners at an enterprise scale, ensuring clear accountability across decentralized teams

* Deep understanding of how human-led data quality directly impacts the performance of LLMs and Agentic AI within platforms like Databricks

* Proven ability to design and launch internal certification programs or gamified learning paths that motivate technical teams toward continuous improvement

* Mastery of organizational change management frameworks, moving teams from compliance resistance to active governance advocacy

* Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to monitor team health and identify signs of burnout before they impact project velocity

* Skill in translating complex AI concepts into accessible training and communication for non-technical stakeholders across the organization

* Success in fostering a Center of Excellence environment where isolated workers are transformed into a thriving, collaborative community

Additional Qualifications
* MBA preferred, specifically with a concentration in Digital Transformation, Organizational Development, or Information Systems

* Experience in driving behavior changes required to maintain high-quality data in a matrixed organization

* Proven experience ensuring that human work, such as labeling and validating, matches technical standards required for AI

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, or Communications

* 8-10+ years in Change Management, Data Stewardship Leadership, or Business Transformation within a large, matrixed Technology or Telecom firm

* Must have at least 8 years of experience with:
