Responsibilities:

This high-impact role will be responsible for a variety of Managed Care data analytical functions, including complex models, analytics, forecasts, budgets risk assessments, and executive reporting. The incumbent is expected to contribute as a thought leader to influence the Managed Care team, as part of a fast paced and high growth environment.

* Drive value across the Managed Care team by building complex reimbursement models, analyses, and reports.
* Analyze historical rates to identify issues and opportunities; research and resolve reimbursement inquiries.
* Retrieve and compile claims data to appropriately report on reimbursement and contracting trends.
* Contribute to the Managed Care budget process, including coordination of resources, ensuring data integrity, and developing budget reports for presentation to the Managed Care team.
* Continuous improvement of Managed Care modeling, reporting, and budgeting processes.
* Support strategic planning initiatives and communicate the impact of financial and strategic analyses to Managed Care leadership.
* Leverage advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large data sets while handling multiple projects across the Managed Care team.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

* Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or other analytical field; advanced degree preferred but not required
* 4-7 years of related experience; healthcare experience strongly preferred. 

Knowledge/Skills:

* Complex project management skills
* Strong customer service focus

Software:

* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Familiarity with multiple software packages/Business Intelligence software, specifically Microsoft and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
