Maintenance Technician, Senior

				Overview:

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will handle the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of production equipment, systems, and the facility. Responsibilities include maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, mechanical, and electrical systems, managing parts inventory, and supporting safety and quality standards. The role requires independence, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

* Perform preventive maintenance and inspect machines to ensure proper functionality.
* Complete daily work orders and log tasks into the system for tracking.
* Minimize downtime by training production workers on basic maintenance techniques.
* Repair equipment promptly and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
* Manage parts inventory, anticipate needs, and place orders.
* Install or relocate machinery and perform building maintenance as needed.
* Support production workers in diagnosing equipment issues.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

Essential:

* 3+ years of experience in maintenance with mechanical and electrical expertise.
* English B2 level for effective workplace communication.
* Legal qualification to work on electrical devices as per Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll.
* Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and flexible with strong problem-solving skills.
* Basic computer literacy and experience in fast-paced environments.
* Team player with good organizational and time management skills.
* Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the line manager to meet organizational objectives.

Desirable

* Experience with automation systems (e.g., Omron, Mitsubishi, Lenze).
* Forklift Truck (FLT) license.
* MEWP license for scissor lifts or boom platforms.
