Overview: The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment, while meeting productivity requirements and maintaining KDP's high standards in safety and quality. Shift & Schedule: N1: Mon, Tues, Wed ; Alternating Thur. 6:00PM-6:15AM What you will do: * Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on K cup manufacturing equipment. * Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors, * Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring technical expertise * Review documentation for maintenance activity using the maintenance database, and properly utilize the maintenance inventory system. * Repair and maintain items necessary to maintain equipment in optimum operating condition * Assist in day-to-day support of operators for adjustments, setups, and change overs * Assist other maintenance technicians as required * Will assist in the training and coaching others on best practices. * Performs other duties as assigned * Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures * Maintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areas * Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities: * Manufacturing maintenance experience, or equivalent technical experience * Ability to read and understand repair instructions, prints, flowchart, and schematics * Experience using e-mail, component maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts lists * Packaging experience is preferred Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: * Ability to lift, push, pull, up to 50 pounds on a regular basis * Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, & stoop * Ability to repetitively lift, twist, stretch, & reach overhead * Ability to stand during entire shift minimum of 12 hours * Work in compliance with OSHA regulations Qualifications: Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
