Overview: Maintenance Technician will perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs on production equipment and building systems. Hourly range $23.00-$27.00 Responsibilities: * Complete Maintenance Work Requests as well as Preventative Maintenance assignments that require electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry skills. * Solve mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues on various production and facility equipment * Assist with new equipment installs and startup * Respond to production emergencies on both first and second shifts * Demonstrate and help enforce safe work practices * Be available to work overtime when required Qualifications: * Minimum of four years' experience in manufacturing / industrial / building maintenance * Experience with basic electrical and pneumatic control circuits * Able to operate powered vehicle equipment including forklifts, platform lifts and Boom Lifts * Familiarity with basic construction trades (framing, plumbing, electrical wiring, sheet rocking, painting etc.) * Awareness of environmental rules and regulations helpful Physical Demand Requirements: * Standing, walking and moderate lifting (up to50 lbs) * Must be tolerant of working at heights (up to 30 ft.) * Clean driver's license
