Maintenance Technician

				Overview:

Employees of the maintenance team are responsible for ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and facilities are in good working conditions to support uninterrupted production operations.

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
* Maintain and organize maintenance records and logs.
* Install and set up new machinery or equipment as needed.
* Collaborate with department supervisors to schedule maintenance activities.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during maintenance work.
* Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

* Experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations.
* Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
