We operate 24/7, primarily producing and bottling Fireball Cinnamon Whisky and other famous spirit brands (99 Brand, Parrot Bay, Dr. McGillicuddy's, etc.). Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Supervisor will be an onsite position on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with the hours of 6:45am-7pm EST. You will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, maximizing production uptime, and upholding safety and quality standards. This role will be supervising a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and will be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives that support operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and direct maintenance technicians across shifts, ensuring clear task prioritization and accountability. Develop team capabilities through hands-on coaching, technical training, and succession planning.
* Maintain and manage CMMS data, including work orders, PM schedules, parts inventory, and equipment history. Audit maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective tracking of asset performance.
* Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues, applying structured root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement sustainable technical solutions and improve system reliability.
* Support capital equipment projects, including planning, installation, and commissioning of new systems. Reinforce adherence to regulatory and safety requirements while strengthening a culture of operational discipline.

Qualifications:

MUST

* Apprenticeship program, technical school, or associates degree.
* Working knowledge of ms office products (word, excel and outlook).
* Relevant working experience to the role and strong planning/organizational skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and quickly learn new systems/processes.
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing;
* Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
Physical Requirements
* Fast-paced production environment requiring flexibility and multi tasking.
* Hands-on involvement with equipment and production floor activities, (In person work).
* Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
