Overview: Maintenance Supervisor - Tucson, AZ The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, planning, and overseeing the Maintenance department, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. This role drives area-specific maintenance projects and process enhancements while supporting a team of approximately 12 technicians. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position works closely with Production, EH&S, Quality, HR, Finance, and Engineering teams. Shift & Schedule Full-time | 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 12:00 AM Flexibility to work outside of standard hours, including weekends and holidays, is required as needed. What you will do: * Lead TPM efforts and continuous improvement initiatives * Apply Lean problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, etc.) * Ensure equipment reliability to maximize productivity and product quality * Support technicians in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues * Implement process improvements to enhance changeover and line efficiency * Optimize asset utilization and plant performance * Provide training to upskill maintenance technicians * Schedule and manage preventive maintenance tasks and priorities * Oversee and inspect major contractor work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) * Foster positive, professional relationships with employees and contractors * Enforce safety protocols and best practices * Leadership Expectations * Foster a culture of trust, well-being, and employee engagement * Drive accountability through shared goals and consistent coaching * Encourage diverse perspectives and a learning-focused environment Leadership Expectations * Foster a culture of trust, well-being, and employee engagement * Drive accountability through shared goals and consistent coaching * Encourage diverse perspectives and a learning-focused environment * Create a safe and motivated space with clear expectations Responsibilities: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management preferred * Mechanical/Electrical background with PLC experience strongly preferred * Minimum 3 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing * Proficient with SAP or other CMMS systems * Strong Microsoft Office skills * Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Qualifications: Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partners brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
