Overview: Hiring - Maintenance Supervisor Location: Phoenix, AZ Hours: 5:00 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday, some Saturday hours as needed. Pay: Hourly $34-40 per hour. Position Overview The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. This hands-on role manages the maintenance team, schedules preventive maintenance, handles repairs, and supports production uptime-all while promoting a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities * Supervise maintenance of equipment, including press lines, compressors, and material handling systems. * Create and manage preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory. * Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly to reduce downtime. * Coordinate repairs with production to minimize disruption. * Maintain accurate records and enforce safety protocols. * Support equipment upgrades and new installations. * Supervise and coach maintenance technicians and contractors. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications preferred. * 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. * 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred. * Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic). * Proficient in reading schematics and using maintenance systems. Physical & Work Requirements * Lift up to 50 lbs.; frequent standing, kneeling, and walking. * Work in hot, dusty, noisy environments with PPE. * Occasional nights or weekends for emergency repairs.
