Overview: Responsibilities: Supervise, implement, coordinate and analyze effective repairs and preventative maintenance programs. Supervise one of three crucial Plant Operation functions: Plant Electrical, Plant Mechanical, or Plant Refrigeration & HVAC. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Demonstrates written, interpersonal, and communication skills as appropriate to position * Considerable knowledge of maintenance procedures * Working technical knowledge of functional area Desired Qualifications: * Technical school graduate or completion of approved apprenticeship program * Proven leadership skills
