				Overview:

Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Coordinator to support the Maintenance Department that will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the resort's preventative maintenance program. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of all mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring the property remains in excellent working condition and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and schedule the preventative maintenance team to ensure timely and thorough completion of routine maintenance tasks across all resort facilities.

* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.

* Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop, implement, and refine preventative maintenance plans and procedures.

* Ensure all maintenance work meets Omni Hotels & Resorts' safety and quality standards.

* Train and mentor maintenance staff to maintain a high-performance, safety-focused work environment.

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

* Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions and support seamless resort operations.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of maintenance experience in a hospitality or commercial setting; previous supervisory experience preferred.

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

* Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

* EPA Universal Certification and/or other relevant technical certifications a plus.
