Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Chip Bank, Marker Bank, NRT, and Main Banks up to and including working front windows and Fill windows due to volume or scheduling needs.
* Ensures compliance with iGC regulations, internal Control Procedures, and company and departmental SOPs at all times.
* Responsible for maintaining adequate levels of coin/currency in assigned area at all times; fills all currency cassettes.
* Assures that all windows are adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
* Ensures adherence to all key control procedures.
* Verifies that coin shipments and currency deposits are prepared accurately and timely.
* Ensures that contents of the banks are organized so they can be readily counted at shift changes.
* Prepares and completes all job related paperwork as approved in our internal Control Submission.
* Participates in and attends meeting as requested.
* Completes Currency Transaction Reports as required by law.
* Conducts verifications to ensure the accuracy of transaction being paid.
* Ensures that all equipment is in good working order.
* Participates in the exchange of chips with other casinos as necessary.
* Participates in the training process of future banker candidates.
* Responsible for all NRT kiosks in relation to maintenance, reconciliation, and monitoring of inventory levels, and participates in emptying and filling during the shift or at the end of the gaming date.
* Assists patrons with customer transaction disputes.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of experience in the Cage department.
* Must be able to learn specific job duties, complete detailed work assignments, and maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques.
* Must have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). - Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Ability to maintain a high level of energy.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
* Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
