Overview: Lamothermic is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team. Machine operators will be responsible for operating equipment used in the casting process and maintaining a safe and organized work enviorment. * Sign on Bonus* * 8 paid holidays per year * 2 weeks paid vacation after one year * Medical/dental packages - 1 employer sponsored pkg at 75% savings * 401k program after one year employment * Prescription safety eyewear paid by company * Reimbursement for steel toe shoes. Wage Description: $16/hr. Responsibilities: Wax Department * Operating wax injection molding machines * Cleaning wax parts * Assembling wax parts to wax trees * Cross training in other departments * Assemble wax runners Finishing Department * Operating machines such as Knockoff Hammer, Cut Off Saws, Water Blaster, Sand Blaster, Salt Cleaner, Grinders, Hydraulic Presses * Inspecting parts and repairing with hand held grinders * Inspection and packing for shipping. * Cross training in other departments (opens more opportunities for advancement) *Sign on bonus will be paid out after successful completion of introduction period, with the absence of any disciplinary actions.
