Novant Health is seeking a PRN Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist to join our REMARKABLE acute care team.

What We're Looking For:
* ARRT (R)(MR) or (MR) certification (registered within 6 months of hire)
* Prior acute care experience preferred
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Your Impact:
* Perform high-quality MRI diagnostic exams in an acute care setting
* Work closely with physicians to deliver critical patient care
* Maintain patient safety and comfort with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
* Education:
* 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.
* Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program, required.
* Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in MR, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification:
* Minimum of one year of experience in MR, required.
* NH Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility - Certified and Registered within 6 Months of hire in ARRT RT(R)(MR), required.
* Hospital Outpatient Department-Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR), required.
* Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096 for life support training requirement
* Applicable state license, required.
* Additional Skills (required): Thorough knowledge of MRI imaging equipment, Analytical ability and basic computer skills. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Good communication skills.
