Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center is seeking a MRI Technologist-Acute to join our REMARKABLE acute care team.
Department: MRI
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 7:30am-8:00pm

Overview of Requirements
* ARRT (R)(MR) or (MR) certification (registered within 6 months of hire)
* Prior acute care experience preferred
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Qualifications:
* Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program or MR Program, required.
* Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in MR, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification (required:
* NH Medical Center-Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR) within 6 months of hire, required.
* Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096 for life support training requirement, required.
* Applicable state license, required.
* Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Thorough knowledge of MRI imaging equipment, Analytical ability and basic computer skills. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Good communication skills.
