Overview: Do you live in or around the Erdington area? Are you an experienced Refrigeration PPM Engineer? If so, we may have a role which is suited to you as we are recruiting a PPM Refrigeration Engineer to join our facilities management team. * Salary: 37,658 or 42,432 per annum, depending on experience * No call-out or weekend working * Door-to-door pay * 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays * Additional earnings available through enhanced overtime rates * Up to 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets * Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card * Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE If you have a fully valid UK driver's license, Refrigeration experience, and want to progress your career with an award-winning FM provider then read on . Responsibilities: You'll be out and about on the road travelling to your assigned sites, carrying out planned Refrigeration works. The role includes PPM works to agreed SOP's on Retail Refrigeration Equipment like Packs and Cold storage, there will be some associated PPM tasks that are M&E Biased so training will be provided. During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams You'll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other electrical and mechanical tasks as well.
