Here's what you'll do when you join us:
* Manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to assess residents' individual needs to create a unique care plan based on your findings.
* Promote cross-functional communication to ensure care plans are followed.
* Ensure appropriate reimbursement for resident care services.
* Be well versed with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
* Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license
* 2+ years of MDS (resident assessment) experience
* Prior experience in Long-Term Care is required
