Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino is our new resort that includes a casino with a total of nearly 38,000 square feet, including space for 640 slot machines and 18 tables for blackjack, craps, roulette, and other house-banked card games, along with high-stakes bingo action. Included in the totals are a smoke-free gaming space with 104 slot machines and a high-limit gaming area with 42 slot machines and four table games.

Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director of Food & Beverage, the incumbent is responsible for assisting in the efficient and effective operation of the Beverage Department to provide a positive guest experience. Must also assist in the implementation of all established departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for overseeing & maintaining the "Training Standards" set by the Food and Beverage Management staff for all positions.

* Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
* Show a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
* Select, train, counsel, appraise and retain direct reports who consistently perform actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's mission and values.
* Create and communicate the structure of your area- including goals, role clarification, expectations, financial planning, etc.- that increases the value of the company and increases the engagement level of direct reports
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor of Arts in Food and Beverage Management or related field and one to two (1-2) years of restaurant/lounge supervisory experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
* TIPS certification a plus.
* Must posses basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to positions responsibilities.
* Must be able to analyze food and beverage data.
* Proficient knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
* Working knowledge of InfoGenesis desired.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand or walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception. Position required bending, lifting and carrying supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds. With assistance, required to lift or carry items in excess of 50 pounds, push or pull carts and/or furniture weighing several hundred pounds
