Responsibilities:

The Management Analyst III provides advanced analytical, administrative, and financial support focused on contract management and cost control using the eCRAFT system. The successful candidate will analyze program performance data, develop and recommend management policies, and assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support NIWC service contracts.

This position is open to Chugach Employees, Chugach Shareholders, and Chugach Descendants ONLY.

Qualifications:

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

*  Analyze complex contract data and cost reports utilizing the eCRAFT system to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
*  Develop, document, and recommend policies and procedures to enhance program and contract management effectiveness.
* Prepare, review, and present detailed financial and performance reports to stakeholders and senior management.
* Assist with budget monitoring, forecasting, and implementing cost control measures to support contract compliance.
* Collaborate with contract managers, finance personnel, and technical teams to support integrated program objectives.
* Identify and support process improvement initiatives to promote operational efficiency.
*  Ensure compliance with federal regulations, contract requirements, and organizational policies.

Accountable for:

* Ensuring complete and accurate logistics execution and cost reporting by 
* Maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
* Delivering timely and reliable financial and logistics reporting.
* Collaborate effectively with acquisition teams and stakeholders to support contract deliverables.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics management.
