Responsibilities:

* To perform maintenance duties within the kitchens and bar areas and assist with guest calls that pertain to this area. 

* Install new or replacement kitchen equipment and systems.  

* Diagnose and repair malfunctions in commercial appliances, which can include ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, grills, and ice machines.  

* Conduct scheduled inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and reduce downtime and unexpected repairs.  

* Replace worn or defective components, such as belts, gears, wiring, pumps, and bearings.  

* Maintain and repair kitchen hoods, exhaust systems, and gas and refrigeration systems.  

* Keep accurate logs and records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.  

* Ensure equipment operates safely and in compliance with regulations for food service establishments.  

* Maintains good housekeeping practices in shop and work areas. 

* Maintain logs on all work performed while on duty in our maintenance management system 

* Responsible for completing all projects as required in timely manner. 

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required. 

* CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) certification preferred.  

* Valid Driver License required. 
* Must be 21 years of age.
