Overview:
Texas GovLink, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has been a leading provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced M365 Solutions Architect to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Responsibilities:
The workers responsibilities and skills must include:
* Creates a well-informed Microsoft M365, Power Platforms, and Azure strategy.
* Determines M365 and Power Platforms requirements by analyzing business operations, applications, and security; reviewing business objectives; and evaluating current systems.
* Obtains M365 requirements, develops and implements designs for new projects, and maintains existing designs and architectures.
* Caretaker of the low-code Power Platforms strategy, communicates and coordinates effort of CoE governance team, and ensures the Microsoft Power Platform strategy is aligned with the organizational goals.
* Administers and manages the M365 and Microsoft Power Platform per the established environmental strategy, setting up policies, managing users, managing capacity, and licensing.
* Continuously updates the CoE releases and manages the TxDOT Governance Hub for Power Platform.
* Implements corresponding M365 and Power Platform changes to support and ensures that new designs conform to standards and guidelines; are consistent, normalized, and perform as required; and are secure from unauthorized access or update.
* Reviews changes, realizing their impacts on M365 and Power Platform architecture, and ensures that the impacts are communicated to appropriate parties.
* Establishes measures to chart progress related to the completeness and quality for enterprise usage; and to improve performance.
* Communicate and collaborate in a professional and timely manner.
* Performs related work as assigned.

* 4-7 Azure AD
* 4-7 Managing M365 technologies: Exchange, Power Platforms, Teams, SharePoint
* 4-7 Creating Microsoft M365 strategies
* 4-7 Scoping M365 implementation projects
* 4-7 Power Platforms, Power Apps, Flows, Power BI
Preferred (Optional):
Years Skills/Experience
* 3 Overseeing and working with vendors
* 3 Project work
* 3 Familiarity with ServiceNow / Ticketing System
* 3 Ability to follow complex workflow Process Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of work experience
