The Role
As a Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant, you will:
* Map customer business requirements to technical solutions.
* Provide input and consultation during scoping and architecture phases of Digital Workplace projects.
* Design and implement system solutions leveraging deep knowledge of M365 technologies and associated workloads.
* Act as a subject matter expert for all things Microsoft 365.
* Develop detailed technical designs and execute project plans.
* Collaborate with project managers to meet timelines and deliverables.
* Identify and manage risks and issues with the project team.
* Engage with customer IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:
* Full-time work rights in Australia.
* Ability to work in Perth (hybrid workstyle: 2 days/week in CBD office).
* Proven experience delivering M365 services (mid-senior level) within Australia.
* Strong background with systems integrators, service providers, or large organizations implementing complex M365 solutions.
* Expertise across Microsoft 365 suite and multiple successful migration projects (on-prem to M365, cloud-to-cloud).
* Advanced knowledge in:
* Microsoft Identities (Entra ID, B2B Collaboration, External Identity, Identity Governance).
* Microsoft Defender XDR Security, Zero Trust.
* Good understanding of:
* Azure B2C custom policy development, Active Directory services, ADFS, Group Policies.
* Bonus skills:
* Office 365 migration tools (BitTitan, AvePoint), Power Platform, Intune, SCCM, ITIL framework.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
