Responsibilities:
As a M365 Customer Success Manager (Modern Work and Security) - Japanese Speaking, you will:
* Drive and accelerate the adoption of our services by advising customers on optimized practices for using SoftwareOne and/or partner solutions.
* Align with Sales and Solution Sales teams to identify and act on up- or cross-selling opportunities.
* Conduct onboarding sessions for customers, providing insights into SoftwareOne's service scope, support process, handling blocking issues, and tools.
* Conduct regular business reviews with customers, offering insights on service usage and performance, and finding opportunities for optimization.
* Drive Monthly Active Usage for all EA/CSP customers and deliver workshops to improve customer engagement.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Existing full-time work rights either in the Philippines, Japan, mainland China, Vietnam, Thailand, or Indonesia.
* IF based in the Philippines, ability to commute to our office in Makati City (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home).
* Full professional proficiency in Japanese; and working proficiency in English (reading/writing must)
* A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to conduct onboarding sessions and regular business reviews.
* Effective customer relationship management skills to drive Monthly Active Usage and deliver workshops.
* Analyzing data and generating reports to gain insights on service usage and performance, and find opportunities for optimization.
