Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant who brings strong technical expertise and customer-facing experience to deliver impactful cloud transformation projects.
As part of our xDC Delivery Team, you will lead and execute end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration and modernization initiatives-ensuring seamless delivery, high-quality outcomes, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
You'll work across the full M365 ecosystem including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Security (Defender), and Compliance (Purview), helping organizations transition and optimize their digital workplace environments.
What You'll Do
* Lead planning, design, and delivery of Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects
* Act as the technical owner and single point of contact for project delivery
* Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
* Execute migrations across workloads such as Identity, Mailbox, Collaboration, and Device Management
* Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
* Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and solution design
* Create and maintain technical documentation for projects
* Drive strong customer communication and engagement throughout the lifecycle
* Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team and broader practice
Qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 planning and migration projects
* Deep expertise in:
* Exchange (On-Prem & Online), SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
* Azure Active Directory, AD Connect, ADFS/Okta
* Intune / Endpoint Management
* Microsoft Defender Suite & Purview
* Strong experience with:
* Tenant-to-tenant and hybrid migrations
* Migration tools (Microsoft & third-party)
* PowerShell scripting (intermediate to advanced)
* Good to have:
* 1)Google Workspace / Domino / IMAP migrations
* Power Platform exposure
* Strong customer-facing and communication skills
* Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment
* Certifications (Preferred)
* Microsoft certifications such as:MS-900, PL-900, SC-900, MS-500, SC-100, MS-102, MS-700, MS-203
