Overview: Are you an experienced electrican based around the Moreton in Marsh area, seeking a new and rewarding challenge? Arcus FM are recruiting for an electrically biased M&E Engineer to join our dedicated Facilities Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award-winning FM provider, delivering high-quality services to our site based client. What We Offer: * Competitive Salary - Up to 36,630 per annum * 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays * Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings * Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out) Responsibilities: About the Role: As a M&E Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site. Responsibilities include: * Electrical PPMs * Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing * Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance * Fault finding and general repairs * Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems. Qualifications: Essential Requirements: * 18th Edition qualification * NVQ Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in Electrical Installation * Valid UK driving licence * Proven experience in a similar M&E role * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Solid understanding of health & safety protocols Desirable Qualifications: * F-Gas Certification * IOSH Working Safely qualification * Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience Additional Information: * 40-hour working week (Monday-Friday) * Participation in a 1-in-6 week call-out rota, including weekends Why join Arcus: We're an award-winning facilities management provider that values expertise and commitment.
