Job Overview:
The M&A Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing the firm's M&A business development strategy. This role is accountable for building and managing the acquisition pipeline, establishing outreach strategies, and developing relationships with prospective acquisition targets.

* Develop and execute the overall strategy for sourcing and building a robust M&A acquisition pipeline.
* Design and oversee outreach approaches, including research, targeted communications, and relationship building efforts.
* Conduct introductory and exploratory discussions with prospective acquisition targets to assess interest and alignment.
* Build and maintain relationships with firm leadership and external prospects to facilitate introductions and deal flow.
* Track pipeline activity, progress, and outcomes using CRM platforms and provide regular updates to leadership.
* Partner with Corporate Development leadership to escalate qualified opportunities and support deal progression.
Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required.
* Five (5) or more years of experience in a business development or relationship driven role.
* One (1) or more years of experience in professional services.
* Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
* Strategic mindset paired with strong execution focus.
* Comfort operating in a fastpaced, growthoriented environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
