Responsibilities:

Are you deeply connected to New York City's on-premise scene? Do you thrive in high-energy environments, collaborating with the most respected mixologists, bar owners, and trendsetters in craft spirits?

Sazerac is seeking a dynamic On Premise Portfolio Manager to drive growth of our Bond & Royal luxury portfolio-featuring 30+ heritage-based, craft-forward brands-across Manhattan top cocktail and hospitality accounts. This is a high-impact, relationship-focused sales role for a passionate industry professional who understands what moves culture in the on-premise space.

Our Bond & Royal portfolio includes world-class Tequilas, Mezcals, American and Scotch Whiskies, Rums, Bitters, Brandies, Cordials, and Gins-all curated for the most discerning bar programs.

What You'll Do

Be the Face of Bond & Royal in NYC

* Build, grow, and manage relationships with high-volume, trendsetting bars, restaurants, cocktail lounges, and hospitality groups.

* Drive quality distribution, menu placements, and premium visibility across your territory.

* Consistently deliver on KPIs for account calls, placements, and volume targets.

Elevate Through Education & Influence

* Lead engaging brand and category education for bartenders, bar managers, and distributor partners.

* Host seminars, staff trainings, and tasting events that inspire, inform, and sell.

* Share cocktail strategies, pairing ideas, and service techniques to build brand advocacy.

Drive Results & Make an Impact

* Manage and optimize a local promotional budget to maximize visibility and return on investment.

* Monitor pricing, inventory, and execution in collaboration with distributor partners.

* Lead initiatives at General Sales Meetings and execute ride-alongs to strengthen distributor relationships.

What We're Looking For

* Proven success in on-premise sales, account management, or brand ambassador roles within the premium spirits industry (3+ years preferred).

* Deep network and understanding of the NYC on-premise landscape.

* Strong presentation and training skills; passionate about cocktail culture and spirits education.

* Self-starter with strong time management, organization, and communication skills.

* Must live in or near the designated territory and be available for daily in-market account visits.

Qualifications:

Required:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license

* Minimum of 3 years of on-premise sales experience with an alcohol beverage supplier or manufacturer

* Willingness and ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

* Working knowledge of the three-tier beverage alcohol distribution system

* Familiarity with luxury spirits brands

* Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities

* Must reside in or near the assigned territory

* Ability to pay or charge ordinary business expenses, which will be reimbursed in a timely manner

* Must be able to obtain required solicitor's permits or licenses in applicable states

Preferred:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Industry certifications such as WSET, CSS, or equivalent
