Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years. We're currently seeking a Lowboy Operator for our Excavation Department Will work out of our South Plainfield, NJ office Local Routes.. No Winter Layoffs.. No Overnights Responsibilities: Job Duties/Responsibilities are as follows: * Must be able to load and haul heavy construction equipment. * Must be able to submit for state permits for hauling on state highways. Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a New Jersey Class 'A' CDL license. Must have a good driving record.
