Overview: Longo Toyota of Prosper is looking for a Full Time GUEST RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE/RECEPTIONIST to join our team! The ideal candidate can thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Answers, transfers, and provides information to incoming calls, walk-in guests, or vendors. * Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary. * Communicates with callers, walk-in guests and or vendors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. * Effectively monitor and update all information in CRM management system * Notifies appropriate parties when guests are waiting. * Performs other administrative duties, as assigned. * Maintains guest's contact information including but not limited to phone number (s), email, and home addresses. * Maintains high ethical standards in all actions. * Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner. * Always maintains a professional appearance. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The individual should possess: * Pleasant and polite demeanor with the ability to communicate professionally on the telephone, internet and in person, and use standard office equipment * A high school diploma or equivalent * A minimum of 1 year customer service experience and experience with multiple phone lines, preferred * Ability to coordinate activities with other employees * Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information in the English language * Must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
