Overview:
We are looking for a Guest Relations Representative that can thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment and must be available to work closing shifts (11:00am-8:00pm), weekends (Saturdays & Sundays), and holidays. Our Guest Relations Representative is our dealership's front-line to the public, so if you need the mornings off for school or other commitments, and you are responsible, able to juggle multiple tasks while answering and routing incoming calls, taking accurate messages along with providing basic information to our guests - this may be the role for you!
The Guest Relations Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $18.00.

Responsibilities:
* Answers, transfers, and provides information to incoming calls, walk-in guests, or vendors.
* Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary.
* Communicates with callers, walk-in guests and or vendors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
* Strives to minimize hold time and abandon rates.
* Keeps track of sales personnel that check in & out of the premises.
* Notifies appropriate parties when guests are waiting.
* Performs other administrative duties, as assigned.
* Maintains guest's contact information including but not limited to phone number (s), email, and home addresses.
* Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.
* Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner.
* Always maintains a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A minimum of 1 year customer service experience and experience with multiple phone lines, preferred
* Ability to coordinate activities with other employees
* Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information in the English language
* Pleasant and polite demeanor with the ability to communicate professionally on the telephone, internet and in person, and use standard office equipment
