Responsibilities: * Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including the arrangement of transport, storage, delivery, and coordination between suppliers and customers to ensure smooth supply chain flow. * Coordinate logistics operations by liaising with customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and transportation companies to ensure alignment with business objectives. * Monitor and manage the performance of logistics operations, focusing on quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs, and drive cost optimization efforts. * Implement all logistics processes to agreed standards and targets, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency. * Update and report on delivery status, inventory levels, and dispatch requirements, ensuring transparency and timely information sharing with stakeholders. * Lead the selection and evaluation of carriers and suppliers, ensuring alignment with company requirements, and manage all relevant documentation, including service level agreements. * Continuously monitor the performance of carriers and suppliers, address performance issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for product transit and delivery. * Resolve complex issues related to transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports, and customer concerns, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. * Maintain and analyze performance metrics, providing meaningful logistics insights to evaluate operational performance and drive improvement. * Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and legal obligations in all logistics operations. Qualifications: Careers Privacy Statement ***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*** * Bachelor's or master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in logistics or project management are an advantage. * At least 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics operations, supply chain operations, or transportation, with a proven track record in leading logistics teams or projects. * In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, transportation management, inventory control, and import/export regulations. * Strong experience in managing supplier relationships, evaluating performance, and resolving issues related to delivery and logistics services. * Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction. * Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to handle complex logistics challenges in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries.
