Monitor Vernon inventory for potential Out of Stocks. Assist in dispatching of company drivers. Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on 3rd shift Monday - Friday 9:00pm - 5:30am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as schedule requires. Responsibilities * Generate and process pick tickets in SAP. * Track available company inventories to maintain proper distribution. Insure proper flow of product, equipment and supplies from and to branches. * Monitor the needs of the branches in terms of IBT loads and adjust as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Maintain an organized filing system for various documents. * Assist Warehouse Operators as needed. * Accurately fill out all assigned paperwork. * Communicate professionally with our customers and branches. * Ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned tasks. Communicate clearly and effectively with Supervisors & Co-workers and Customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities: * HS Diploma or equivalent * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. * Knowledge with SAP system * Must have the ability to focus and make quick sound decisions. * Must be able to work independently and/or in a group environment. * Strong Adaptability & Accountability skills * Strong organization skills, communication, and analytical skills * Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Multi-Tasking PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Sitting for long periods of time; bending and walking to navigate warehouse and inventory; mobility and some lifting.
