Reports to the LOGCAP V Director, Logistics Requirements. The individual is required to be a senior planner and coordinator of operational, logistical, and supply chain requirements for the Vectrus Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V (LOGCAP V) Program, with planning oversight of all emergent and contingency requirements supporting LOGCAP V Task Orders (TOs) and Change Orders (COs) worldwide. Supports the Director, Logistics Requirements and the Vectrus Sr. LOGCAP V Team in the development and oversight of global operational and logistics planning supporting daily operations and emergent global LOGCAP V requirements. This position provides both short-term and long-term planning, analysis, and coordination of operational and logistical requirements across all Vectrus LOGCAP V Global Combatant Command (GCC) Areas of Responsibility (AOR)s to reduce response time, set conditions for future operations, and shape operational and logistical support operations within GCCs. The right candidate has Military and Contactor operational and logistics experience with a significant working knowledge of the US Army logistics networks and systems. The position requires a solid understanding of service contracts within the US Army and the Department of Defense (DoD), how to determine appropriate levels-of-effort as contractually defined, and the appropriate relationship between Contractors, supply chain, and senior operational staff.

Responsibilities:

***This is a Temporary Position expected for 60 days***

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

* Under general direction of the Director, Logistics Requirements, supports the Director's responsibilities for the development of logistics network and strategies to support global contingency operations.
* Ensures preparation of Vendor or Subcontractor Statements of Work (SOWs) and/or Bills of Material (BOMs) required to support global logistics networks.
* Establishes key milestone execution trackers, and the allocation of tasks and timeline to support logistic operations worldwide.
* Must possess the ability to review US Government (USG) Technical Exhibits (TEs) and development sound, executable strategies to assure required support and mission success.
* Coordinates directly with the USG, LOGCAP V Setting The Theater (STT) Sr. Planners, Operational Leaders, and Supply Chain organizations to build and execute logistics plans.
* Coordinates directly with other supporting entities, which may include Contracts, Legal, and Finance Teams.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Qualifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
* College degree, BA in Business preferred.
* Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
* Secret security clearance preferred
* Must have an active US passport.
* Must be a US citizen. Must be willing to travel 25% of the time under short- or no-notice conditions.

* Experience:
* Previous Military or LOGCAP experience is required.
* Previous Military OCONUS contingency experience is required.
* Previous experience with base support and contingency operations, including proposal development, technical evaluations, and operational execution.
* Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in logistics planning and operational management.
* Previous budgetary, scheduling, forecasting, and site or project management experience is highly desired.

* Skills:
* Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Application Software Suite.
* Must have proof of U.S. Citizenship and a valid state driver's license and must be eligible for access throughout the project geographic scope.
* Project Management skills needed to manage resources, schedules, and cost.
* Must read, write, and speak English.
* Must be worldwide deployable under short- or no-notice conditions in support of global contingency operations

* Mandatory Job Qualifications for V2X LOGCAP positions:
* As a precondition to charge more than 50% of their time to LOGCAP, must be able, willing and ready to deploy to domestic and international locations, including on a temporary basis and / or as a member of the V2X Rapid Deployment Team (RDT). These locations can include austere, remote, and hazardous areas where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
