Responsibilities:
* Develop new and modify existing business processes to meet the ever-changing agency logistics footprint.
* Provide worldwide helpdesk for MSD and PD 42 IUID printers operations.
* Research, analyze and provide recommended solutions for processing of accountable items that are not recognized by the logistics systems.
* Coordinate and assist with yearly SOP updates.
* Update and publish agency Warehouse Operations computer based training course.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Qualifications
* Education: Equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained may be substituted for education, if degree is required.
* Bachelor's Degree; OR
* Associate's degree and four (4) years of progressive experience in supply or logistics operations; OR
* High School Diploma and eight (8) years of progressive experience in supply or logistics operations.
* Experience in logistics and supply.
* Minimum of two (2) years demonstrated work experience directly related to material handling.
* Certified Data Transfer Officer desired.
* Experience:
* Experience with the operation and usage of automated accountability systems such as Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or DOD equivalent property accountability system.
* Experience with FACTS SCM.
* Must possess 5 years of military or DOD experience.
* Security Clearance Requirement:
* Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based upon a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IAW ICD 704.
* Skills & Technology Used:
* Knowledge of DOD logistics, supply, and general warehouse operations.
* Knowledge in shipping, receiving, storing, issuing stock control measures and property accountability procedures.
* Knowledge in handling, movement, storage, and maintenance of government property and supplies.
* Establish and maintain stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting and supply reports.
