Responsible for the day-to-day providing analytical oversight of all logistical information Performs other duties as assigned by program leadership. Works in the battalion S4 as a Logistics Analyst with the possibility of assisting the unit supply in completing Logistics functions.

MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
* Must be proficient with GCSS-A at the Property Book and Unit Levels.
* Analyzes, tracks and resolves logistics related concerns, trends, and issues for assigned equipment.
* Prepares, reviews, and recommends changes for FLIPL, DD Form 200, investigations, collection vouchers, and AR 15-6 investigations timely and efficiently, complying with AR 735-5.
* Advise hand receipt holders and leadership on the proper usage of property and the procedures for processing FLIPL, DD Form 200, investigations, and other regulatory means used to affix responsibility for property lost, stolen, or destroyed.
* Maintain FLIPL registers, FLIPL (DD Form 200), and AFT/E-FLIPL transactions
* Conformity of property management to applicable Army Regulations, Federal Property Management Regulations, Supply Updates, and Department of the Army Pamphlets and SOPs.
* Collaborates and interacts with senior government officials and agencies in order to provide and gather information for the purpose of understanding priorities, and expediting and forecasting workloads.
* Performs analysis and investigations to detect adverse trends, develops and initiates corrective actions.
* Reviews and analyzes reports generated from data input into a computerized system of logistics management (AFT, E-FLIPL, G-CSSA, DTS, AESIP, FEDLOG).
* Must possess excellent work ethic, verbal and written communication skills, and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.
* Establishes and maintains statistical analysis data of operations including parts costs, parts used, work center use, and other factors required in FLIPL Investigations.
* Serves as HHBn S4 representative in the management, execution, and purchases of equipment, supplies, and services. Plans and requests funding to meet stock fund and nonstock fund requirements. Inputs and reviews financial transactions in GFEBS.
* Prepares, attends, conducts and briefs operational, statistical and equipment readiness status briefings.
* Generates and submits routine reports from the GCSS-Army database in accordance with the current contractual Performance Work Statement to principle staff and government agencies.
* Collects and complies information for contract deliverable reports, and other routine deliverables.
* Schedules, tracks and manages container management.
* The Logistic Analyst receives guidance and direction as necessary from the Property Book Team Chief with regards to professional development
* Provides accurate logistical data to military and government customers.
* Maintains files, historical data and conducts General Office Maintenance.
* Job duties and responsibilities may charge due to contractual requirements.
* Performs other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
* The Logistic Analyst receives guidance and direction as necessary from the S4 OIC with regards to policies, directives and standard operating procedures
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
* Work will typically be conducted in a temperature-controlled office environment in a stationary position approximately 75 percent of the time or more with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
* Employee may occasionally be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.
* A normal work week is 40 hours (5 days a week); however, may involve extended hours when mission requires.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
* Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Military Automotive Maintenance and Logistics Operations preferred.
* Must have a valid REAL ID State Driver's License with no restrictions.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
* Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, such as a birth certificate or a U.S. Passport.
* Must be able to maintain driving privileges aboard the Fort Bragg Installation.
EXPERIENCE:
* Preferred at least five (5) years' or equivalent, of battalion-level experience in the area of military maintenance and logistics.
* Requires a general familiarity with computer data entry, data verification, data processing and transaction preparation.
* Have a comprehensive knowledge of Army material supply activities, as well as Army governing regulations, policies and procedures.
* Possess the ability to understand operating procedures, work instructions, Army regulations, military and commercial technical manuals, and applicable, maintenance logistics operational experience within medium-sized military organizations.
* Above average knowledge of the Army processes and information systems that pertain to Material Maintenance Operations and Material Supply and Services.
* Proficient with inputting and exporting data for various Logistic Information System, such as Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army), Logistic Information Warehouse (LIW), and FEDLOG.
SKILLS:
* Ability to analyze and interpret U.S. Army Technical Manuals with relation to vehicle maintenance and repair.
* Capable of dealing with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
* Capability to work independently or in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.
* Must be able to accurately input data and reconcile erroneous data.
* Must have the ability to work independently and in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.
* Able to productively react to change in high-paced environment while meeting routine requirements.
* Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with government representatives, senior military personnel and peers.
* Must have strong organizational, analytical skills; and written and oral communication skills in the English language.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and SharePoint is required.
