Overview: Local Trial Manager Location: Home-Based, Australia As a Local Trial Manager you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence. Responsibilities: What you will be doing: * Responsible for the local trial management across Australia and New Zealand in early phase oncology * Site selection and feasibility for local country * Coordinate and lead the local trial team to deliver quality data and records in compliance with the assigned protocol, regulatory requirements and SOPs * May visit sites to oversee site monitors, provide coaching,support accurate reporting and build relationships * Lead negotiation of trial site contracts and budgets Qualifications: You are: * Tertiary degree qualified in relevant healthcare/science field * Country level expert and previous site monitoring experience * Cross functional collaboration and excellent communication skills * Min 12 months experience in a clinical trial management role, preferably in phase 1 oncology * Home-based role with ability to travel on occasion What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
