Responsibilities:

Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Primary Purpose: Answer telephone, direct calls to appropriate department and provide general information regarding track events.

Responsibilities: 

* Answer and route incoming calls and greet all visitors.
* Provide information on events. If more detailed information is needed, route the call to the appropriate department.
* Prepare all outgoing mail as well as distribute incoming mail to appropriate mailboxes.
* Responsible for maintaining conference room schedule.
* Accepts employment applications from walk-in applicants.
* Assists Human Resources by conducting a general pre-screening of applicants.
* Send, receive and route all faxes.
* Receive all income deliveries and notify appropriate department of the arrival of deliveries. Arrange for outside courier as needed.
* Responsible for ordering and stocking kitchen and conference room supplies.
* Prepare reports, correspondence, etc. as required.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Certification/Education:High school diplomas or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience: 1 year prior receptionist/clerical experience preferred.

Skills:

* Excellent telephone skills.
* Microsoft Word and Excel experience a plus.
* Good people and communication skills.
