Overview:
Litigation Technician Objective
To provide support, act as contact point, and coordinate the organization for the Claims Litigation Unit.
Responsibilities:
Litigation Technician Repsonsibilities
Act as contact point for Farm Bureau's Legal Bill Review Program.
Review and process payment of legal vendor invoices.
Review and process payment of legal vendor invoices through the company's Legal Bill Review program.
Qualifications:
Litigation Technician Qualifications
REQUIRED:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required.
* Some experience in related field required.
PREFERRED:
* Bachelor's degree preferred. Some legal and paralegal education preferred.
* INS designation and other insurance industry training preferred.
* Prior billing experience preferred.
* Some experience in a legal or litigation environment preferred.
