Job Summary:
The Linen Supply Agent transports clean linen, retail merchandise, and food & beverage supplies to locations, and returns soiled linen and recycled waste and supports ours housekeeping operation.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: ASAP - November 2025
Pay: $17.50/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities:
* Provides excellent service to laundry customers, interacting with guests and location personnel in a cooperative and professional manner.
* Loads and unloads cargo including clean and soiled linens, retail merchandise, food & beverage supplies, interdepartmental mail, recycled waste, and other items and transports to and from locations. Ensures prompt and accurate deliveries.
* Assist housekeeping team with making beds, stripping rooms and cleaning bathrooms.
* Receives soiled linen recording items, counts, and weights on the laundry receiving form.
* Performs daily maintenance checks of vehicles per company policy.
* Reports all truck mechanical problems to the Manager of Training and Standards and the Service Center per company policy.
* Complies with traffic laws and company policies regarding vehicle inspection and safety. Completes all logs and forms according to company policy.
* Feeds linen into automated ironers and folding equipment.
* Accurately stacks, counts, and loads clean linens into laundry bins.
* Meets or exceeds production and quality standards.
* Maintains organization and cleanliness of equipment, vehicles, and assigned work areas. Keeps all linens off the floor.
* Maintains a safe work area according to laundry policy.
* Assists in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Must hold a valid driver's license and a current DOT physical qualification.
* Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
* General mechanical skills, including routine vehicle maintenance checks and identifying problems during vehicle operation.
* Mountain and night driving skills.
* Knowledge of state and national traffic laws.
* Must have a safe driving record.
* Must be flexible, able to prioritize workload, and take the initiative.
* Knowledge of safe work practices.
Physical Requirements include:
* Frequent standing, walking, and sitting, reaching outward and above the shoulder for up to 6 hours per shift.
* Repetitive motion of arms, wrist, and hands for up to 7 hours per shift.
* Requires occasional climbing, crawling, and squatting/kneeling up to 3 hours per shift.
* Must be able to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds frequently.
