Calling all flavor fanatics, sauté superstars, and kitchen rockstars! If you've got serious knife skills and a love for creating bold, delicious dishes, we want you on our team at Omni Royal Orleans - right in the heart of the historic French Quarter.

We're looking for a Line Cook who's ready to bring the heat, hustle, and heart to every shift. Join a passionate culinary team where your talent is valued, your growth is supported, and your dishes leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
* Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service.
* Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station.
* Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.
* Refrigeration and serving of cold food.
* Production of orders.
* Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times

Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of high-volume, fine dining kitchen experience (preferred)

* Solid knife skills and ability to work sauté, grill, and garde manger stations

* Sharp eye for detail, strong multitasking skills, and a passion for great food

* Team spirit with a touch of New Orleans flair

* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

* Able to stand for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment
