Overview:
Position: Licensing Specialist
Location: Tustin, CA or Remote
Pay: $25 - $31/hr. DOE
Position Summary:
The Licensing Specialist will assist our Licensing Department with various tasks.

* Will assist licensing department with the licensing of New Hires andOn-boarding new Hires weekly.
* Update Systems as needed daily.
* Maintain records and personal Log of all licensing requests.
* Cover overflow while team members are out.
* Assist with annual renewals and continuing education.
* Handle misc. licensing matters as they come up
* Assist Licensing Manager as needed with additional requests
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in the mortgage industry is required
* Strong working knowledge of NMLS with 1-2 yearsexperience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must be able to meet department performancestandards.
* Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
Desired Education/Experience:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); College degree preferred, but not required.
Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
